Breakfast Menu
We are very happy to have won a tourism Breakfast Award for 2011/2012.
Where possible we use local organic farm produce or fair trade where not available. Special dietary needs can be catered for with prior arrangement.

To Start
Fresh fruit compote,Yoghurts ,Breakfast Cereals, Choice of Chilled Fruit Juices, Porridge Oats
Hot Selection
Full Cornish breakfast including sausage, bacon, hogs pudding, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms. Served with your choice of fried, poached, boiled or scrambled free range organic eggs.
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs served with dill, fresh chives and English muffins.
Selection of Omelettes
Fresh smoked kippers served with lemon and butter
Freshly baked bread with homemade jams and marmalade.
